IPL not in Andhra!!! Is this a right move!!!

Modi has announced today that IPL matches will not be played in Andhra Pradesh. He is acting like a dictator by taking decision on his own. Why he didnt discuss with the Govt in Andhra pradesh about the security measures before taking this decision. If he himself is not satisfied with the security measures then how come he can expect foreign players to feel safe playing India. Let him not allowed to take decision like this. BCCI should be blamed for all these controversies.
